My world, in utter chaos…despair and coldness reign. A day ago, a year ago…a lifetime I have loved you. Wanting and needing you…believing that you would love and need me too. Loneliness, such loneliness….knowing that you cannot know and will never understand what has slipped by. Together, such beauty… passion beyond the realm of reality…. wishing, hoping that love was mirrored back. I reach for you and you do not feel me… and alas you never have. With no thought I gave myself to you… gave the last part of me… the part that was mine and mine alone… and you did not treasure it. Agony, such agony… I walk away from you. Loving you, you will never know what has passed and will never feel the passion. It will be in me for the rest of my life…but, alas it will be a life without you.
Words… only words. Always and forever only words. The door is closed and I walk in silence.
